The Water Safety Instructor (WSI) class is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to teach swimming and water safety to individuals of all ages. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on in-water practice, participants will learn how to plan and conduct swim lessons, assess student progress, and promote safe behaviors in and around water. This certification is ideal for those who are passionate about swimming, enjoy working with others, and want to make a positive impact by teaching essential lifesaving skills. Upon successful completion, participants will be certified to teach Red Cross swim lessons.
