The West Essex YMCA Racers Pre-Team program is designed to give swimmers interested in competitive swimming a competitive swim practice environment while emphasizing stroke development to prepare the athletes for competitive swimming. Pre-Team swimmers will work with the Racers Coaching staff in practices and pre-team competitions to become competitive swimming ready.
