Our chefs get to the basics in this fun introduction to cooking. Children are encouraged to explore food preparation techniques as they make a delicious and healthy recipe by the end of each hour to take home. Participants will be introduced to proper kitchen hygiene and fine and gross motor skills advanced through measuring, stirring and kneading. We will explore our senses by using them to identify foods through taste, touch and smell. Each participant will also create a cookbook to try the yummy recipes at home!
